Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS
Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: We ship worldwide except to parts of Asia and certain remote regions. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our hunting equipment like we stand behind every shot in the field. If your gear doesn’t meet expectations, our straightforward returns process ensures satisfaction.
Return Policy Overview
- Return Window: 15 days from receipt of order
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
- Required: Proof of purchase must accompany all returns
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Attractants & Supplements (opened or unopened)
- Face Paint
- Personalized or custom-made equipment
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
Special Note: Decoys and camera mounting systems must show no signs of field use to be eligible for return.
How to Return an Item
Follow these steps like you would follow game trails:
1. Contact Our Hunt Experts
Email [email protected] within 15 days with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer refund or exchange
2. Wait for Authorization
Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
3. Package and Ship
Securely pack your items (we recommend using original packaging for archery equipment and decoys) and include:
- The RMA number clearly marked on the outside
- A copy of your original invoice

Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: You pay return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
- Recommended Carriers: For valuable hunting equipment, we suggest using insured, trackable services like DHL or FedEx.
Refund Timeline & Methods
Once your return is approved:
- Credit Card/PayPal: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days, appearing on your statement in 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution.
- Original Payment Method: All refunds go back to the original payment method used for purchase.
- Exchanges: New items ship within 2 business days of return approval (international shipping times apply).
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective hunting gear (like a compromised barrel dampener or faulty deer call):
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed
- Expect expedited processing for replacement items
