Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:

  • In original, unused condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging (especially important for delicate items like binoculars or choke tubes)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Attractants & Supplements (opened or unopened)
  • Face Paint (for hygiene reasons)
  • Personalized or custom-made equipment
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

Note: Decoys and camera mounting systems must show no signs of field use.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps like you would follow game trails:

  1. Contact Our Hunt Experts

    • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
    • Reason for return
    • Whether you prefer refund or exchange
  2. Wait for Authorization
    Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
  3. Package and Ship
    Securely pack your items (we recommend using original packaging for archery equipment and decoys) and include:
    • The RMA number clearly marked on the outside
    • A copy of your original invoice

  4. Processing Your Return
    Once received, our team will inspect your items within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive email notification when:

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You pay return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
  • Recommended Carriers: For valuable hunting equipment, we suggest using insured, trackable services like DHL or FedEx.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Once your return is approved:

  • Credit Card/PayPal: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days, appearing on your statement in 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution.
  • Original Payment Method: All refunds go back to the original payment method used for purchase.
  • Exchanges: New items ship within 2 business days of return approval (international shipping times apply).
