3) Refunds will be given if I have grossly misrepresented the item and I do make mistakes once in a while. I'm more than willing to give a full refund as well as return shipping. I will only refund up to the original price of shipping for return shipping. Returns need to be within 30 days. Please contact me ASAP with any concerns.
